I am directed to inform that Finance Department vide following advises has provided funds amounting to Rs.2813.883 million in Account-V of all 36-DEAs of Punjab for payment of Honorarium to staff of schools approved under scheme titled “Afternoon Schools Programme (Up-gradation of Primary Schools)” reflected at GS No.24 in ADP 2023-24 of School Education Department as per following details and district wise break-up of funds mentioned M following advice(Copies enclosed),
I am further directed to request you to immediately disburse these funds to concerned schools (only eligible among notified schools) in the light of instructions issued by School Education Department vide letter No.SO(SNE)Up•gradatIon/2021 (IA.SP) dated 12.11.2021 and also conveyed to you by the Director Public Instructions (EE), Punjab, Lahore vide letter No. P.A to DPI (EE)/5570 dated 15.11.2021 In true letter and spirit. The undersigned has also been directed to Inform that all the liabilities (as per PC-I) of Honorarium of Teachers/Staff must also be cleared born t igTh ount and a certificate be shared by stating that no liability is pending with concerned.
